Treatment : Surgical Correction

Age for Surgery : 3 months of age or older

Torsion Testis

Disease process whereby there is cessation of blood flow to the testis because of an occlusion of arterial blood supply due to twisting of the artery.
It can lead to testicular loss unless there is timely intervention.
Testis can be completely salvaged with up to 6 hrs of torsion, but is unlikely to be salvaged beyond 12 hrs.
Expedient diagnosis & surgery.

Diagnosis : Panurethral Stricture Urethra (Post Lichen Sclerosus or BXO)

Surgery : Buccal Mucosal Graft Urethroplasty using Penile Invagination Technique
